Client wanted to scale steadily and profitably on Amazon. They wanted to ideally scale sales and get more new to brand customers.

The niche ‘Bandages’ is quite competitive and our sub-niche 'hypoallergenic bandages’ or ‘bamboo bandages’ is even smaller. Being new on Amazon and among established well known brands, it can be tough to make a name and rank organically to drive profitable sales.

Step 1: Exhaustive Keyword Research

We began by conducting exhaustive keyword research for all the client’s products. This involved identifying relevant competitors and analyzing which keywords were performing well for them. Additionally, we searched for keywords they were not targeting and prioritized all keywords based on their relevance to our products.

Step 2: Optimizing Listings and Launching Discovery Campaigns

Following our comprehensive keyword research, we optimized the product listings to enhance visibility and relevance. Concurrently, we launched discovery campaigns to generate traction on Amazon, driving initial sales and identifying effective search terms for the products.

Step 3: Setting Up High-Relevance Campaigns for Profitable Scaling

To ensure profitable scalability, we established campaigns targeting high-relevance keywords. This strategy was designed to achieve a high conversion rate, essential for scaling sales profitably.

Step 4: Ongoing Optimization and Performance Campaigns

Regularly, we added negative keywords to our discovery campaigns to refine targeting. For terms that performed well, we set up dedicated performance campaigns. As the products accrued enough reviews, we focused on ranking for the best-performing keywords—those with high conversion rates and click-through rates. We paused poor performing keywords to allow our budget to spend on good performers.
