All services ordered through our website will be processed within 1-2 business days. Clients will receive a confirmation email upon the completion of their order.
AdHabit LLC will begin providing the purchased services according to the schedule agreed upon during the order process. Typically, services such as Amazon advertising management will commence within 5 business days following the order confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Weekly performance reports will be provided to clients, recapping the overall account performance. Additionally, an end-of-month phone call will be scheduled to discuss the prior month's performance and upcoming strategies.
Payments for services are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. A 5% late fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within this period. Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit Card.
Clients must provide a 30-day notice before canceling services. This allows AdHabit LLC to properly transition the account back to the client's management. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services have commenced. However, if the client believes there is a discrepancy in the services provided, they are encouraged to contact AdHabit LLC to discuss the issue.
AdHabit LLC will not disclose any client information, including customer details, business plans, or pricing strategies, to any third party. Confidential information will be returned to the client upon termination of the service agreement.
These policies and any related transactions are governed by the laws of Michigan.
